At Kuu Yoga, classes are thoughtfully created to support calm, connection and wellbeing. I teach small, intimate sessions, allowing space for individual attention and a relaxed, nurturing atmosphere.
I currently offer three weekly classes, each with a different focus and style, allowing you to choose what best supports your needs.
St Blaise Centre, Boxgrove
£12 per class
Monday 6:45 pm to 8 pm
Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that combines long-held stretches with mindful engagement. Each pose targets the joints and connective tissues, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility.
To enrich your experience, the session incorporates the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments. These healing frequencies calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and deepen your relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
Boxgrove Village Hall
£10 per class
Wednesday 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible practice that uses a chair for support. This class is suitable for those with limited mobility, injuries, or anyone looking for a softer approach to yoga.
Boxgrove Village Hall
£12 per class
Thursday 6 pm to 7 pm
Mindful Flow Yoga class offers dynamic vinyasa movements linked with breaths, then moves to slow movements. This class supports strength and flexibility while encouraging awareness and presence.
Every class at Kuu Yoga ends with a five-minute guided meditation accompanied by a sound bowl. This quiet closing allows the nervous system to settle and helps you leave feeling grounded, relaxed and restored.
I also offer private yoga lessons tailored to your individual needs. One-to-one sessions provide personalised guidance and can include gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation or sound healing. Private sessions are ideal if you prefer a quieter space or would like focused support with specific goals.
Yoga offers a wide range of physical, mental and emotional benefits, including:
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
